4.3 Transaction Conditions

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the user's own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are not permitted. bi88 reserves the right to initiate additional verification procedures for suspicious transactions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On their first deposit at bi88, users can receive a 200% bonus of up to ৳5,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific conditions, which will be stated on the offer page.
• Bonuses can only be used for placing bets on bi88 and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If an attempt is made to collect bonuses through multiple accounts, both accounts will be cancelled.

• If an attempt to abuse bonus benefits is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.1 Validity of a Bet

A bet will be considered valid only when the bi88 system confirms it and the correct amount has been deducted from your account. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 Bet Cancellation

bi88 reserves the right to cancel bets in the following circumstances:

• Due to a system error or incorrect data from a data provider.
• If a match or event is cancelled.
• If fraudulent activity is detected.
• If an obvious error is found in odds or payout information.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error on the platform produces an abnormal result, bi88 reserves the right to void that result and refund the bet amount.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bi88 platform:

• Placing strategic bets with the intention of abusing bonus terms and conditions.
• Operating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of another person.
• Unauthorised access to or interference with the platform's software or systems.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Any action that disrupts the normal operation of the platform.
• Registering under a false identity or using another person's information.
• Placing bets using automated software (bots) or scripts.

If any of the above prohibited activities are found, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.
