bi88's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
bi88 believes entertainment brings genuine enjoyment only when it is experienced in a controlled and mindful way. Your safety is our priority.
Why Responsible Gaming Matters
Online betting and casino games are a form of entertainment. Played within the right limits, they can be a great source of fun and excitement. However, for some people gaming can get out of control, which can have a negative impact on personal, family, and financial life.
On the bi88 platform we are committed to ensuring a safe environment for every player. That is why we provide a range of safety tools and resources to help you stay aware and in control of your betting activity.
Only people aged 21 or above may create an account and play at bi88. Age verification is mandatory at the time of registration. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
Our Safety Tools
bi88 provides the following safety measures to keep you protected.
Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and a set waiting period applies before it can be increased.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a short break, choose a time-out ranging from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this period no betting activity will be possible on your account.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a longer break, opt for self-exclusion. You can close your account for a set period or permanently — our support team is always ready to activate this for you.
Age Verification
Age verification is mandatory when opening an account at bi88. We make sure only players aged 21+ can access the platform. Protecting minors is our highest priority.
Activity Monitoring
Review your betting history, deposit and withdrawal records, and session time yourself. Transparency and awareness are the first steps toward responsible gaming.

Recognising Signs of Problem Gambling
It can sometimes be hard to tell when gaming has gone beyond the limits of enjoyment. If any of the following apply to your life, it is time to take notice:
- Continuously betting to try to recover money you have lost
- Borrowing money from family or friends to fund gaming
- Hiding your betting activity from family or loved ones
- Neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities to play
- Feeling restless or irritable when you are unable to play
- Repeatedly going beyond the limits you set for yourself
- Being so preoccupied with betting that you cannot focus on daily tasks
Maintain the Right Mindset
Responsible players keep these principles in mind:
- Betting is for entertainment only — not as a source of income
- Only play with money you can afford to lose without it affecting your life
- Set a time and money limit before each session
- Do not play when you are emotional or in a distressed state of mind
- Avoid betting when under the influence of alcohol or substances
- Take regular breaks and spend time on other activities as well
- If you feel there is a problem, do not hesitate to let our support team know

bi88's Responsible Gaming Policy
Deposit Limits
Every user on bi88 can set their own deposit limit. This limit can be configured on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Reducing the limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a safety waiting period. This system protects you from impulsive decisions.

Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need to stay away from betting for an extended period, apply for self-exclusion. You can close your account for a specific duration (such as 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year) or permanently. During self-exclusion we will not send you any promotional communications.
